Materials
Polyester ClothA soft, lightweight outdoor fabric for cushions and shade canopies. Polyester holds its shape, dries quickly after rain and feels pleasant against the skin on a warm day. To keep its colour fresh for longer, cover or store cushions when they're not in use, and wash them with mild soap and lukewarm water.
Acacia WoodA dense, warm hardwood with rich, swirling grain, in shades from honey to deep brown. Acacia is tough and resists knocks, so it suits chairs, benches and armrests that get used every day. Like most woods outdoors, it slowly softens in colour over time. A coat of outdoor wood oil once or twice a year keeps its glow and helps it shed water.
