Privacy policy

Who we are

ALÙMA (operated by ר.ע.ב אלומה בע״מ, company no. 517372504) designs and sells outdoor furniture from our showroom at HaTamar 78, Yatzitz, Israel (התמר 78, יציץ). This policy explains what personal information alumaoutdoor.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to outdooraluma@gmail.com or 054-444-8797.

What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, email, phone number and message when you ask for a quote or contact us, and your email when you join the newsletter.
• Your account. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We never see your Google password.
• Your order. Your name, phone, email, delivery address and notes when you order, and what you ordered. You pay on Grow's secure payment page: we see only the payment's approval number and the card's last four digits, never the card itself.
• Your cart. Items you add to the cart are kept in your own browser (local storage) and are not sent to us until you order or send a request.
• Visit statistics. Anonymous, cookie-free counts of page visits, so we know which pages people use. They don't identify you.

How we use it

To deliver your orders, answer your enquiries and prepare quotes, to let you sign in, to send the newsletter if you asked for it, and to keep the site working and secure. We don't sell your information or share it for other companies' advertising. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who handles it for us

We use a few trusted services to run the site. They process information only on our behalf:

• Vercel: hosts the website, counts visits without cookies, and checks form submissions for bots.
• Supabase: stores the site's data and handles sign-in, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Google: sign-in with your Google account, when you choose it.
• Grow: takes online payments and sends receipts, on its own secure pages.
• Resend: sends our emails and the newsletter.
• Sentry: tells us when a page breaks, so we can fix it. Error reports carry no personal details.

Some of these companies are based in the United States, so your information may be processed outside Israel.

Cookies

The public site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Cookies are used only to keep a signed-in person signed in.

How long we keep it

Orders, enquiries and quotes for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal and accounting duties; newsletter details until you unsubscribe; your account until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to outdooraluma@gmail.com and we'll answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
