Who sells

Ordering

An order is placed when it's paid. We confirm it by email and call you within one working day to arrange delivery. If a piece turns out to be unavailable, or a price was shown by mistake, we'll tell you and refund what you paid for it in full.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT. The delivery fee is shown at checkout, before you pay.
• You pay on the secure payment page of Grow, a licensed payment provider: by credit card (in installments where offered), Bit, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card details.
• Your receipt is emailed to you by Grow.

Delivery

We deliver in Israel to the address you give at checkout, on a date we agree with you by phone. If a piece needs to be ordered or made, we'll tell you how long it takes before you pay. Please make sure the pieces can reach their place (doors, stairs, lifts); if special equipment is needed, we'll tell you in advance. Please check the pieces when they arrive and tell us about any damage.

Cancelling an order

• You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the pieces (or of receiving this information, if later), by email, phone or WhatsApp, with your name and order number.
• Pieces must be returned unused, in the condition they arrived. We may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, and the cost of collecting the pieces.
• We refund within 14 days of your cancellation, to the payment method you used.
• If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, there's no cancellation fee and we collect it at our expense.
• Pieces made or changed especially for you (a size, finish or colour you chose) can't be cancelled once we've started on them, as the law allows.
• Where the law gives you more time or more rights, the law applies.

Faults

If a piece develops a manufacturing fault, tell us and we'll repair or replace it as the law requires. Outdoor furniture weathers with use: our care advice comes with each piece.

Privacy

We use your details only to deliver your order and serve you, as our privacy policy explains.
